Going On...

I'm constantly listening to new music and seeing what's good out there. Lately, everything has been coming up short. It seems that artists are just looking for a quick buck with a catchy tune. But when you actually listen to one of these songs you get lyrics that a 5 year old wrote!

Well, a miracle happened the other day with the release of Gnarls Barkley's new album "The Odd Couple." The single which is getting high marks is "Going On." I listen to it over and over and haven't gotten tired yet! The song is catchy, short and sweet. (Perfect for that ADD on the go in your life!) Above all the lyrics are pretty good and I think that this will be my theme song when I move far away...LOL

So...in the words of Fergie..."Check it Out!"

My friend Val and I were driving back from a decent meal at the very fancy Olive Garden. We almost made it home and saw this...One U-Turn later...A masterpiece. And after you drink their coffee...it is very reminiscent of toilet water!
